Tule Basket
Made by the expert hands of artisans and artisans in Michoacán, this beautiful basket preserves the tradition of weaving natural fibers from the lake regions of Mexico. The use of the tule plant dates from pre-Hispanic times, where it was used in basketry, mainly in the production of mats. This version uses the fabric called chain stitch in the construction of the body and drawstring stitch for its 4 handles. It has a metallic structure inside that serves to give shape and greater support. A piece with a lot of personality that brings a neutral accent with a natural texture to any space. Recommended for its versatility, you can use it as a laundry basket, in the bathroom to place towels, as a lining for indoor pots or as it best suits your home.
