CULTURE & ART
WHAT IS LA GUELAGUETZA?

La Guelaguetza, also known as "Los Lunes del Cerro" (Mondays on the Hill), is an annual cultural festival celebrated in Oaxaca, Mexico. Held on the last two Mondays of July, it showcases the diverse indigenous traditions of the region. Each region delights visitors and locals with dances, music, and songs, all full of tradition, joy, color, and pride. Picture credits: Marcus Sierra
